Friday:
26 year old Bonnie Joyce Bannowsky of Winslow was arrested by the Daviess County Sheriff’s Department on a warrant charging one count of Conspiracy to Commit Dealing in a Controlled Substance, Maintaining a Common Nuisance, and Possession of Marijuana. She is being held in the Daviess County Security Center on a $100,000 bond.
36 year old Ericha M. McGiffen of Bicknell was arrested by Daviess County Sheriff’s Deputies on a warrant for failure to appear for check deception. She is being held on bond.
24 year old Frank Leroy Smith of Washington was arrested by Washington Police Officers with a warrant charging one count of Receiving Stolen Property, and a second count of Failure to Appear for Assisting a Criminal. He is being held on $4,500 bond.
Saturday:
Washington Police Officers arrested 48 year old Agustin Alanis Santos of Washington for Operating a Vehicle While Intoxicated with a Refusal, Operating a Vehicle While Intoxicated with a Prior, Driving While Suspended with a Prior, and two counts of Endangering a Person. He is being held in the Security Center. No bond was set.
The Washington Police Department arrested 28 year old Nathaniel Curtis Long of Washington. He was booked into the Security Center on charges of Possession of Methamphetamine, Reckless possession of Paraphernalia, Operating a Vehicle While Intoxicated-controlled Substance, and Endangering a Person. He was released on bond.
Sunday:
Sixty year old Alan Plummer was arrested by the Odon Police Department on charges of Operating a Vehicle While Intoxicated with a B.A.C. of .15% or more, and Endangering a Person. He was released on bond.
