Here is this morning's report from the Booking Room at the Daviess County Security Center as of 5:30 a.m. January 29, 2013.
Monday:
At 9:12 p.m. Washington Police officers responded to the Dollar General Store where employees had apprehended an adult female shoplifter. Jacinta Dawn Owens was long-formed and information on the charges were sent to the Daviess County Prosecutor’s office.
The Daviess County Sheriff’s Department arrested twenty-year old Tyler Gage Meredith of Plainville on two counts of child molestation. He was released on $10,000 bond.
Sheriff’s Deputies arrested 28 year old Billy Joe Moore of Petersburg for failure to appear for conspiracy to commit theft and criminal trespass, and failure to appear for theft and driving while suspended with a prior. He is being held on $10,000 bond.
The current jail population is 130.
